If you're wondering if you can machine-wash your linen clothes, the answer is yes! While hand-washing can be beneficial for reducing wrinkles, it may not be a realistic option for everyone. That's why we've put together this guide for machine-washing your linen garments with the best results.

How to Machine Wash Your Linen?

Step 1: Separate your linens by colors. We particularly recommend washing your dark linen separately to avoid discoloration or damage.

Step 2: Turn garment inside out and choose the delicate or gentle setting, which is typically a cold or lukewarm temperature and a low spin cycle. Avoid overloading the wash to get the best results.

Step 3: Remove the linen garment immediately. As soon as the wash cycle is finished, take your linen out of the machine to prevent heavy creasing. Smooth out the fabric and hang or lay it flat to dry. Read our tips on how to keep linen from wrinkling here.

Pro tips

· Use a mild detergent meant for delicate fibers, and skip the fabric softener. Linen actually gets softer with each wash, so fabric softener can weaken the fibers and reduce its absorbency and moisture-wicking properties.

· If you're worried about color bleeding, you can use a color-catching laundry sheet.

· Our linen clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

We hope these tips help you take good care of your linen clothes and keep them looking their best.
